The P.R.I.D.E. program provides Ole Miss student-athletes with weekly articles on topics about Power, Strength, Nutrition, Speed and Agility, Motivation, Flexibility and Conditioning.  The purpose of these articles will be to:

1) Help educate the student-athlete on various aspects of achieving athletic excellence, and

2) Help improve the student-athlete's long-term quality of life.

 

These topics represent the foundation of Ole Miss' strength and conditioning philosophy.
