Competing in the Canadian Women's Tour event in Niagara Falls, Ontario, former Rebel Natalie Gleadall fired the low round of the day, Wednesday, a 6-under 66 to finish with a 4-under 140, good enough for third place.  Gleadall finished as the low amateur, just one shot off the pace.  After opening with a 74, Gleadall carded six birdies and no bogeys to jump up in the standings.

Schiavone Looking For New Life

Ole Miss women's golf recently announced the addition of transfer Stani Schiavone.  For head coach Michele Drinkard, it's a second chance, and for Schiavone, it's a fresh start.  Drinkard recruited Schiavone out of Bangor, Pa., and it came down to the Rebels and Baylor.  Schiavone chose Baylor, but quickly found out it wasn't the right fit for her.  She elected to transfer and after receiving her release, chose Ole Miss.  Check out this story on Schiavone in the Lehigh Valley Morning Call.
