The Gillom Sports Center Complex is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose athletic venue for the use and benefit of the University of Mississippi Athletics Department. The only portions of the Gillom Center available to the outside public as defined are: Championship Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, Auxiliary Court, Soccer stadium, Softball stadium, Visiting and Official’s locker rooms.  The Athletics’ Department policies for the scheduling, fee schedule and use of the different portions of the Gillom Center Complex are set forth below. 

Gillom Sports Center Required Fee Schedule:

Tennis court: $50/court

Volleyball court: $50/hour for practice activities only

Volleyball/Auxiliary Court: $500

Scoreboard: $50

Dressing Room(s): $50/room

Grandstands: $200 (VB/Auxiliary courts) $100 (Tennis)

Lighting fee: $100/hour

Security guard(s): $16.50/hour (4 hour minimum. Number of staff will be determined by the Athletics Department.)

On-site Athletic Department Personnel: $50/hour

Clean-up: Cost based on size and length of event

* OCTA has an existing agreement and fee structure with this facility and the Palmer-Salloum Tennis Center.


Soccer Stadium Required Fee Schedule:

Field preparation fee: $100

Field only: $50/hour (4 hour maximum; practice activities only)

Lighting fee: $200/regulation soccer match

Security guard(s): $16.50/hour (4 hour minimum. Number of staff will be determined by the Athletics Department.)

Clean-up: Cost based on size and length of event

 

Softball Stadium Required Fee Schedule:

Grandstands $500 $250
Outfield picnic area $200 $100
Scoreboard and pressbox area $100 $50

Field only: $50/hour (4 hour maximum; practice activities only)

Lighting: $150/regulation softball game

Indoor hitting facility fee: $50/hour

Field prep fee: $75/game (+ $150 for rain material if needed)

Security guard(s): $16.50/hour (4 hour minimum. Number of staff will be determined by the Athletics Department.)

On-site Athletics Department personnel: $50/hour

Clean-up: Cost based on size and length of event

* No more than 3 games a day maybe held at this facility.
