Rebels Claim Five Victories, Four Facility Records, Two School Records in Nashville
AT OLE MISS (2013-14):
OUTDOOR: Was an alternate for the Rebels’ 4x100-meter relay team that ran at the NCAA Championships ... tied his season-best 200 meter time of 21.34 to finish 19th at the SEC Championships ... also ran 21.34 at the LSU Invitational, along with a season-best 10.71 in the 100 ... ran a leg of the 4x100 relay team that clocked 40.08 and placed third at the LSU Invitational ... ran legs of the 4x200 relay (1:26.24) and 4x400 relay (3:10.66) at the Texas Relays.
INDOOR: Helped the 4x400-meter relay squad to an eighth-place finish at the SEC Championships with a time of 3:13.15 ... at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker, ran a personal-best 6.88 in the 60 meters and a season-best 22.23 in the 200 meters.
OUTDOOR: Ran the anchor leg for the Rebels in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, just missing a spot at the NCAA Championships with a 14th-place finish (3:08.70) ... competed in three events at the SEC Championships ... helped the 4x100-meter relay place seventh with a time of 39.85 that ranks them fourth in school history and also ran the 4x400 relay and the 200 meters ... helped the Rebels' 4x1 relay to a season-best 39.69 time at the Drake Relays, which ranks second in school history and placed fourth at the meet ... part of the Rebels' 4x1 unit that won a meet title at the Mississippi Open and ran the sixth-fastest time in school history at 39.90 ... had a career day at the Mississippi Open, setting PRs in the 100 meters (10.60) and 200 meters (21.09) to place third and second, respectively ... part of the Rebels' 4x400 relay unit that won a meet title at the Ole Miss Invitational (3:09.27).
INDOOR: Did not compete and was redshirted.
BEFORE OLE MISS: Lettered in track all four years at Booneville High School under coach Brian Windham ... set the school record in the 100 meters with a time of 10.79 and the 200 meters with a time of 21.19 ... Mississippi 3A State Champion in the 100 (10.93) and 200 (22.07) as a senior in 2012 ... placed fourth in the 100 at the state meet as a junior ... honor graduate.
