2011:

OUTDOOR: Was an NCAA Second Team All-American in the 400-meter hurdles ... Placed 12th at the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles ... member of the All-SEC second team competing in the 400-meter hurdles ... Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles and fourth in the 4x400 meter relay at the SEC Championships ... was the SEC Athlete of the Week as a runner during the week of March 22 ... participated in the 2011 USA Track and Field Championships ... won the 400-meter hurdles at the Rhodes Open with a time of 51.85 ... finished second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ole Miss Invitational (51.18) ... placed third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Auburn War Eagle Invitational with a time of 50.50 ... was a member of the Rebels 4x400 meter relay team on seven occasions, including a first place finish at both the Mississippi Open and the Ole Miss Invitational.

OUTDOOR: Ran the second-fastest 400-meter hurdle time in school history with a time of 50.26 in the quarterfinals at the NCAA East Regional, which qualified him for the NCAA Championships ... ran 51.93 in the 400-meter hurdle semifinals at the NCAA Championships ... placed third in the 400-meter hurdles at the SEC Championships with a time of 51.24 ... finished fourth or better in the 400-meter hurdles in five different regular-season meets, including a first-place showing at the LSU Alumni Gold (50.87) ... finished fourth at the Drake Relays (51.3) ... competed at the 2010 USA Track and Field Championships, running a time of 57.35 after falling during the race ... also was a member of the Rebels' 4x400 meter relay team on four occasions.

INDOOR: Competed in six total meets in the 400 meters and relays ... ran a personal-best time of 48.09 in the 400 meters at the SEC Championships ... member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished sixth at the SEC Championships with a season-best time of 3:10.34, which is sixth-best in school history.

2009:

OUTDOOR: Ran the fourth fastest time in school history in the 400 meter hurdles with an NCAA regional time of 51.05 en route to a sixth place finish at the SEC Outdoor Championships ... placed seventh in the 400 meter hurdles at the MidEast Regional with a time of 51.66 ... recorded an NCAA regional mark in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 52.20 en route to a fourth place finish at the Ole Miss Invitational ... posted a second place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with an NCAA regional time of 51.67 at the LSU Alumni Gold ... earned a third place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with an NCAA regional time of 51.31 at the Mississippi Open ... placed fourth at the Drake Relays in the 400 meter hurdles with an NCAA regional time of 52.18 ... finished in sixth place in the 400 meter hurdles at the Alabama Relays with a time of 55.16.

BEFORE OLE MISS: Lettered in cross country, track and field and basketball at Meridian High School ... was an all-district selection from 2005-07 ... won state title in the 300 meter hurdles in 2007 and 2008 ... captured the state title in the 110 meter hurdles in 2008 ... member of a 4x400 meter relay team that finished in second place in 2008 at the state championships ... claimed third place in the 110 meter hurdles in 2007 at the state championships ... was third at the 2008 state championships in the triple jump ... finished in first place in the 400 meter hurdles, second place in both the 4x400 meter relay and 4x100 meter relay and sixth in the 110 meter hurdles at the 2008 Gold South Classic ... holds the school record in the 110 meter hurdles (14.42), 300 meter hurdles (37.78), 400 meter hurdles (53.08) and 4x400 meter relay (3.23.42) ... owns a personal best mark of 45-06.50 in the triple jump and 5-08.00 in the high jump ... ran a personal best 5k time of 17:39.32.
