AT OLE MISS (2013-14):


CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in the Commodore Classic (8K time of 27:48.1) and Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (4-mile time of 22:39.0).

OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets ... runner-up in the 5,000 meters with a season-best 15:38.78 at the MC Twilight Invitational ... season-best 4:14.36 in the 1,500 at the Ole Miss Open ... SEC Academic Honor Roll.

INDOOR: Competed at two meets ... ran a 15:52.73 5,000 meters at the Vanderbilt Invitational ... ran a 4:38.18 mile at the UAB Blazer Invitational.


CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets ... placed 108th at the NCAA South Region Championships (10K time of 32:34.6) ... placed 92nd at the SEC Championships (8K time of 26:27.6) ... came in 56th place at the Commodore Classic (8K time of 26:09.0) ... earned 27th place at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (4-mile time of 22:36.0).

BEFORE OLE MISS: Lettered five years in both cross country and track ... three-time MAIS state champion in cross country ... three-time state champion in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters ... set the MAIS overall state meet record in the 3,200 with a 9:41 ... personal best in the 5K for cross country is 15:23 ... track personal bests include 4:25 in the 1,600, 9:27 in the 3,200 and 8:51.83 in the indoor 3,000 ... won the 3,000 high school race at the 2013 Arkansas Indoor Invitational ... led his cross country team to state championships in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and his track team to a state title in 2010 ... Columbia Academy valedictorian, star student, Wendy's High School Heisman State Finalist, Coca-Cola Scholar, Student Body Vice President, National Honor Society President, Mr. Columbia Academy and FCA President ... one of two freshmen to be awarded the Robert M. Carrier scholarship at Ole Miss.
