CROSS COUNTRY: Finished in fourth place at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a 10k time of 29:24.10 to claim the best finish in Ole Miss cross country history ... selected as a Cross Country All-American by the USTFCCCA ... captured the individual crown at the SEC Cross Country Championships by posting an 8k time of 24:24.75 ... became the first two-time winner of the event in school history ... named to the All-SEC first team ... qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a second-place finish at the NCAA South Regional with a 10k time of 29:44.48 ... posted a ninth-place finish at NCAA Pre-Nationals with an 8k time of 23:55.50 ... won the Ole Miss/Samford dual meet with a course record 5k time of 14:59.29 ... set a new course record and won the Brooks Twilight Classic with a four-mile time of 19:00.77 ... turned in a third-place finish at the Greater Louisville Classic with an 8k time of 25:52.42 ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

OUTDOOR: Won back-to-back SEC Outdoor Championships as he was crowned SEC Champion in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 8:41.12 to set the new facility record at Auburn's Hutsell-Rosen Track ... selected as a member of the outdoor All-SEC first team ... finished in 13th place in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 8:55.27 ... posted an eighth place finish in the mile run with a time of 4:15.21 at the Arkansas Invitational ... claimed the individual crown at the Rhodes Invitational in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:40.33 ... captured the individual title in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:07.02 at the Florida Relays ... recorded an NCAA regional mark and personal best time of 3:46.79 en route to a second place finish in the 1500 meters at the LSU Alumni Gold ... posted the third fastest time in school history as he raced to the individual title in the 3000 meter steeplechase with an NCAA regional mark of 8:52.56 at the Drake Relays ... won the individual title in the 5000 meters, recorded an NCAA regional time and posted the fourth fastest outdoor time in school history in the event with a time of 14:09.86 at the Mississippi Open ... set a new school record and raced to a third place finish with an NCAA regional time of 13:46.26 in the 5000 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships ... earned a second place finish at the MidEast Regional with a time of 8:41. 30 in the 3000 meter steeplechase ... OUTDOOR: Captured the 2007 NCAA Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a school record time of 8:20.36, the 12th fastest time in the world during the season ... won four SEC titles in 2006-07 and became just the fourth runner in league history to win all three distance races ... selected as 2006-07 SEC Runner of the Year ... named a 2006-07 first team Academic All-American by ESPN The Magazine ... also named the NCAA South Regional Cross Country Runner of the Year ... awarded with the SEC Commissioner's Trophy for the most individual points at the SEC Outdoor Championships ... recorded a new personal record and set a new school record in the process with a time of 13:54.69 in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic.

INDOOR: Claimed the individual title in the 3,000 meters at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic with a time of 8:27.29 ... took third at the Arkansas Invitational in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:11.96 ... won the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:04.18 at the Gladstein Invitational ... finished fifth in the 3,000 meters and sixth in the 5,000 meters at the SEC Indoor Championships ... set a new personal best time of 1:56.05 in the 800 meters and 3:47.93 in the 1500 meters at the LSU Gold Invitational ... earned a new personal best time of 29:16.30 at the Alabama Invitational in the 10,000 meters.

2006:

CROSS COUNTRY: Turned in possibly the greatest season in Ole Miss cross country history in 2006 ... won the SEC Cross Country Championship (23:53.24) , becoming the first Rebel runner since Pablo Sierra in 1992 and the first Ole Miss freshman ever to capture the conference title ... was named the SEC Male Athlete and Freshman of the Year by the league's coaches ... won the NCAA South Regional, becoming the first runner in Ole Miss history to win the event (30:43.1) ... advanced to the NCAA Cross Country Championships where he finished 71st overall (32:14.3) ... was named the NCAA South Region Runner of the Year by the USTFCCCA ... won his first ever collegiate race at the Arkansas State Invitational ... also turned in a victory at the Auburn Invitational and was named SEC Runner of the Week for his efforts ... his lowest collegiate finish of the season was an eighth place finish at the Chile Pepper Invitational.

OUTDOOR: A 2006 NCAA Outdoor Championships participant in the steeplechase ... set the Ole Miss record in the steeplechase (8:45.61) when he finished second at the 2006 SEC Outdoor Championships, also finished fifth in the 5,000 meters ... finished runner-up in the steeplechase at the 2006 NCAA MidEast Regional ... a 2006 NCAA MidEast Outdoor Regional qualifier in the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters.

INDOOR: Turned in an eighth place finish in the 5,000 meters at 2006 SEC Indoor Championships.
