OUTDOOR: Captured the 2007 NCAA Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a school record time of 8:20.36, the 12th fastest time in the world during the season ... won four SEC titles in 2006-07 and became just the fourth runner in league history to win all three distance races ... selected as 2006-07 SEC Runner of the Year ... named a 2006-07 first team Academic All-American by ESPN The Magazine ... also named the NCAA South Regional Cross Country Runner of the Year ... awarded with the SEC Commissioner's Trophy for the most individual points at the SEC Outdoor Championships ... recorded a new personal record and set a new school record in the process with a time of 13:54.69 in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic.

INDOOR: Claimed the individual title in the 3,000 meters at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic with a time of 8:27.29 ... took third at the Arkansas Invitational in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:11.96 ... won the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:04.18 at the Gladstein Invitational ... finished fifth in the 3,000 meters and sixth in the 5,000 meters at the SEC Indoor Championships ... set a new personal best time of 1:56.05 in the 800 meters and 3:47.93 in the 1500 meters at the LSU Gold Invitational ... earned a new personal best time of 29:16.30 at the Alabama Invitational in the 10,000 meters.

2006:

CROSS COUNTRY: Turned in possibly the greatest season in Ole Miss cross country history in 2006 ... won the SEC Cross Country Championship (23:53.24) , becoming the first Rebel runner since Pablo Sierra in 1992 and the first Ole Miss freshman ever to capture the conference title ... was named the SEC Male Athlete and Freshman of the Year by the league's coaches ... won the NCAA South Regional, becoming the first runner in Ole Miss history to win the event (30:43.1) ... advanced to the NCAA Cross Country Championships where he finished 71st overall (32:14.3) ... was named the NCAA South Region Runner of the Year by the USTFCCCA ... won his first ever collegiate race at the Arkansas State Invitational ... also turned in a victory at the Auburn Invitational and was named SEC Runner of the Week for his efforts ... his lowest collegiate finish of the season was an eighth place finish at the Chile Pepper Invitational.

OUTDOOR: A 2006 NCAA Outdoor Championships participant in the steeplechase ... set the Ole Miss record in the steeplechase (8:45.61) when he finished second at the 2006 SEC Outdoor Championships, also finished fifth in the 5,000 meters ... finished runner-up in the steeplechase at the 2006 NCAA MidEast Regional ... a 2006 NCAA MidEast Outdoor Regional qualifier in the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters.
