CROSS COUNTRY: Helped lead the Ole Miss team to its first NCAA Championships berth in school history ... broke his foot during the NCAA Championship race and did not finish ... placed fourth at the NCAA South Region Championship (10K time of 30:19.30) and helped Ole Miss to its first region team title in program history ... named All-Region ... named SEC Cross Country Co-Freshman Runner of the Year after finishing sixth at the SEC Championship (8K time of 24:37.91), the best by any freshman ... helped Ole Miss to an SEC runner-up finish for just the second time in cross country program history ... All-SEC ... SEC All-Freshman ... placed 48th of 310 runners at the Pre-National Invitational (8K time of 25:03.4) to lead the Rebels to an impressive eighth-place showing ... placed 26th at the Greater Louisville Classic (8K time of 24:41.08) to help the team to a runner-up finish.
OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA East Preliminary ... scored points in two events at the SEC Championships, placing third in the 5,000 (14:16.74) and fourth in the 1,500 (3:49.97) ... All-SEC second team ... SEC All-Freshman in the 5,000 ... in his first collegiate attempt at 1,500 meters, broke the school record with a personal-best 3:42.07, placing eighth in the "elite" division at the Mt. SAC Relays and earning SEC Freshman of the Week honors ... won the 800 at the Alabama-Mississippi Border Clash (1:47.99) and LSU Invitational (1:48.79) ... his 1:47.99 ranks him third-best in school history in the 800 ... anchored the distance medley relay team to a win at the Texas Relays in a time of 9:39.51 that ranks them No. 2 in school history.
INDOOR: Had an unforgettable debut season as an Ole Miss Rebel ... named SEC Indoor Co-Freshman Runner of the Year ... ran an incredible last leg to anchor Ole Miss to its first SEC distance medley relay title in school history with a time of 9:39.54 that ranks the group No. 2 in school history ... runner-up in the mile at the SEC meet with a time of 4:06.14 ... All-SEC first team ... SEC All-Freshman in the mile ... in his first ever collegiate mile race, became the first sub-4 minute man in school history with a personal-best 3:59.91 that won the men's late division at the Husky Classic ... named SEC Freshman of the Week after his record-breaking run ... ran the 800 leg of the DMR and helped Ole Miss to a runner-up finish in 9:40.17 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational, good for third-best in school history.
