OUTDOOR: Raced to a seventh-place finish in the 100-meter hurdle finals (14.11) at the USA Junior Championships ... ran a 13.74 in the prelims at the USA Juniors ... competed at the NCAA East Preliminary in the 100-meter hurdles, clocking a personal-best time of 13.58 (+3.2 wind) that ranks her third-best in school history ... placed 11th in the 100-meter hurdles (13.77) and 17th in the 400-meter hurdles (personal-best 1:02.50) at the SEC Championships ... won the 100-meter hurdles at the Ole Miss Invitational with a time of 13.69 ... member of the 4x100 shuttle hurdle relay that set a school record with a time of 56.96 and a fourth-place finish at the Florida Relays.
INDOOR: Top freshman finisher in the 60-meter hurdles at the SEC Championships where she came in 13th place with a personal-best time of 8.51 that ranks her third-best in school history ... named to the SEC All-Freshman Team ... helped the distance medley relay team set a school record (11:42.92) with a ninth-place finish at the SEC Championships ... turned in a seventh-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles (8.75) at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener ... helped the 4x400 meter relay team to third place (3:41.01) at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener.
BEFORE OLE MISS: Named the 2010-11 Gatorade Athlete of the Year for Mississippi high school girls' track and field, competing for Hattiesburg High School under the direction of coach Charles Green ... 2011 Mississippi Girls Track and Field PopStar ... 2011 state champion in the 100-meter hurdles with a state-record time of 14.14 ... also crowned state champion in the 300-meter hurdles (45.31) and finished second in the triple jump ... achieved personal bests of 44.72 in the 300-meter hurdles, 37-5.5 in the triple jump and 17-2 in the long jump ... honor graduate ... volunteered locally on behalf of youth track programs and a Hattiesburg area daycare center, and raised funds for autism research.
