Men and Women Look To Qualify For NCAA Championships

AT OLE MISS (2009-11):

2011:

OUTDOOR: Competed in seven meets in the 800 and 1500 meters, mile, 4x800-meter relay, 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay ... clocked a personal-best 3:55.65 in the 1,500 meters to earn sixth place at the Ole Miss Invitational ... placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at the War Eagle Invitational with a time of 3:55.85 ... turned in a season-best 800 meter time of 1:54.86 at the SEC Championships ... personal-best 4:25.90 in the mile at the Rhodes Open ... SEC Academic Honor Roll.

INDOOR: Competed in six meets in the 800 meters, mile and distance medley relay ... clocked a season-best 1:54.70 in the 800 to finish sixth at the Tyson Invitational ... placed second in the 800 at the Arkansas Invitational (1:56.24) and fourth at the Arkansas State Invitational (1:55.34) ... personal-best 4:17.25 in the mile at the Texas A&M Challenge ... member of the Rebels' distance medley relay that scored a point with an eighth-place finish at the SEC Championships (10:18.31).

CROSS COUNTRY: Placed fifth overall at the Ole Miss/Samford Dual meet with a 5k time of 16:32.13 ... turned in a 25th-place finish at the Brooks Twilight Classic with a four-mile time of 21:02.24.

BEFORE OLE MISS: Lettered in both track and cross country at McCallie School under head coach Mike Wood ... posted a school record time of 1:55.25 in the 800 meters ... earned a school record time of 4:19.64 in the 1600 meters ... holds a top time of 51.70 in the 400 meters ... boasts a top time of 9:39 in the 3200 meters ... helped the Blue Tornado to four straight regional championships (2006-09) in track and field ... part of 2005 and 2006 state championship cross country teams ... played an instrumental role in helping the Blue Tornado to cross country regional titles from 2004-06.
