Feb. 19, 2016

OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss Ticket Office is pleased to announce that a record number of season tickets have been sold for the 2016 Ole Miss baseball season. Selling 5,725 season tickets and counting, the mark breaks the previous record of 5,709 sold during the 2013 season.

“On behalf of the Ole Miss baseball program, I want to thank all of our season ticket holders for helping set a new record as we begin the 2016 season,” said Ole Miss Baseball Head Coach Mike Bianco. “We are still working toward our goal of selling 6,000 season tickets, but already setting a program record proves that we have the best fans in college baseball.”

The amount of season ticket holders continues to grow in hopes of reaching the goal of 6,000. Season tickets are still on sale, starting at $100. A special family pack of season tickets are also available; families can purchase four season tickets for $300 and all 32 Rebel home games.

The Rebels begin the 2016 season today at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field, hosting FIU at 4 p.m. CT.
