REBELS vs. SAINT LOUIS
Ole Miss and Saint Louis have faced each other seven times with the Rebels holding 6-1 lead in the all-time series. The two teams first met in the 1983 season and all seven meetings have come in Oxford with the lone loss coming in the 2009 season.
• The Rebels and Billikens have played three single-game sets and a pair of two-game sets all-time.
• In 2010, the Rebels won 14-5 behind three hit nights from Zach Miller, Kevin Mort and Mike Snyder.
• The lone loss in 2009 was a 15-11 game that saw Ole Miss mount a furious rally but come up short.
• The Rebels are 3-1 against SLU under Bianco, going 2-0 in 2006, 0-1 in 2009 and 1-0 in 2010.

A LOOK AT SAINT LOUIS

FAST STARTS KEY REBEL SUCCESS
Quick starts to games have been a key to Rebel success this season. When the Rebels get on the board often and early, Ole Miss tends to win. Through the first four innings, Ole Miss is outscoring its opponents by a whopping 133-to-55 margin. Ole Miss is 25-5 when scoring first this season and is 16-3 when scoring in the first inning.

MULTIPLE-HIT AND MULTIPLE-RBI GAMES
Stuart Turner does a little bit of everything for the Rebels and currently leads the team in multiple-hit games and multiple-RBI games. To date, Turner has posted 21 multiple-hit games and 13 multiple-RBI games. Eleven Rebels have posted multiple-hit games in 2012, while 11 Rebels have also posted multiple-RBI games this season.  Austin Anderson (12), Auston Bousfield (12) and Andrew Mistone (12) are behind him in multiple hit games this season. Will Allen (11) is the fifth Rebel with double-digit multiple-hit games this year.

STREAKING REBELS TO WATCH
Entering into this Wednesday's contest with Saint Louis, the Rebels have seven players who hit safely in their last game played and are paced by six Rebels who have hit streaks of multiple games heading into the series. Andrew Mistone (8) leads the way, while Anderson, Christian Helsel, Will Jamison, Holt Perdzock and Stuart Turner all hold active hit streaks of two games.

REBELS ENJOY HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE UNDER BIANCO
Ole Miss has enjoyed success on the home field under head coach Mike Bianco over the course of 13 seasons. The excitement and energy generated by Rebel fans has helped the squad post a record of 327-124-1 at Swayze Field for a .725 winning percentage in that time.

TURNER DOMINANT BEHIND THE PLATE
Opposing base runners have had trouble stealing bases with Stuart Turner behind the plate this season, as the junior college transfer has thrown out 19-of-36 base runners on steal attempts this season. Turner started the season 7-for-7 on catching base stealers. Throwing out base runners 50 percent of the time on steal attempts leads the Southeastern Conference in efficiency among regular starting catchers entering the week.
