The Ole Miss baseball team has 10 Rebels playing in various leagues this summer. Diamond Rebels are competing in six different summer collegiate baseball leagues across the country from Massachusetts to Alaska. Below is a look at how the current Rebels, dubbed as the `Rebs of Summer,' are performing on the field during the summer break.

Rebs of Summer

Parker Caracci | RHP | Elmira Pioneers (Perfect Game)
Caracci has been lights out for the Elmira Pioneers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. The Jackson, Mississippi, native leads the team with six saves and four victories in 15 appearances. As the team's closer, his six saves rank second in the PGCBL. In 17.0 innings of work, Caracci has 26 strikeouts to go along with a 4-0 record and 0.52 ERA. Caracci received a redshirt for the 2016 college baseball season and will return to campus this fall with four years of eligibility.

Brady Feigl| RHP | Asheboro Copperheads (Coastal Plain) 
A Freshman All-American reliever in his first season at Ole Miss, Feigl has spent his summer as a starting pitcher for the Asheboro Copperheads in the Coastal Plain League. In five appearances (four starts), the right-hander is 2-1 with a 2.08 ERA. He has recorded 21 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .228 average in 21.2 innings of work. Against Edenton (June 25), Feigl allowed just one run on two hits and tallied 10 strikeouts over 7.0 innings to collect a victory. His pitching helped lead the Copperheads to a division title in the first half of the summer season. The impressive first half of the season earned Feigl the nod to start the 2016 Coastal Plain League All-Star Game for the West team. The All-Star game will take place Monday, July 11.

Nick Fortes | C | Baltimore Redbirds (Cal Ripken)
One of three Rebels on the Baltimore Redbirds, Fortes is hitting .317 in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League. In 18 games, the sophomore catcher has tallied 19 hits, nine runs and eight RBI. He also has three doubles and one home run to his credit. In a June 27 game versus the Herndon Braves, Fortes went 3-for-4 with a home run to lead the Redbirds to an 11-2 win. With three Rebels on the team, the Redbirds lead the league with a 19-6 record.



Will Golsan | IF | Orleans Firebirds (Cape Cod)
Golsan is spending his summer in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League, playing for the Orleans Firebirds alongside Rebel teammate Will Stokes. The Ole Miss first baseman has tallied eight hits and six runs so far this summer. Golsan has recorded at least one hit in eight of the last 11 games and is currently riding a three-game hitting streak.

Carson Klepzig | C | Albany Dutchmen (Perfect Game)
Klepzig has played in 19 games for the Albany Dutchmen, who are 15-14 in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. The catcher, who redshirted the 2016 season at Ole Miss, has scored five runs for his summer team. Klepzig also has one home run to his credit.  

Andrew Lowe | RHP | Conejo Oaks (California)
Pitching for the Conejo Oaks in the California Collegiate League, Lowe has made six appearances out of the bullpen. He has seven strikeouts in 9.1 innings of work. Lowe's latest outing was his best of the summer, tossing two scoreless frames versus Arroyo Seco. The Oaks are currently 16-9 on the season. 

DJ Miller | OF | Baltimore Redbirds (Cal Ripken)
Along with Fortes, Miller is also putting together a solid summer with the Baltimore Redbirds. The Ole Miss outfielder has 23 hits, 17 runs and 10 RBI in 21 games to go along with a .315 batting average. Miller has shown his speed, stealing six bases and legging out two triples. Over the last eight games, the Madison, Illinois, native is hitting .448 with five multi-hit performances. With three Rebels on the team, the Redbirds lead the league with a 19-6 record.

Will Stokes | RHP | Orleans Firebirds (Cape Cod)
Stokes joins Golsan in playing for the Orleans Firebirds in the competitive Cape Cod Baseball League this summer. In eight appearances out of the bullpen, the Rebel reliever is 1-1 with a 2.79 ERA, striking out 14 in 9.2 innings of work. He has not allowed a run over his last three outings. Moreover, Stokes has pitched scoreless frames in six of his eight appearances this summer, surrendering just four hits total.

Kyle Watson | IF/OF | Anchorage Glacier Pilots (Alaska)
Watson is spending his second straight summer in Alaska, playing for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. In 17 games, he has racked up 14 hits, nine RBI and eight runs scored. Watson's speed has been display throughout the summer season as he leads his team in steals (13-of-15) and triples (2). He has stolen multiple bases in four different games, including three against the Peninsula Oilers (June 12). Watson also went 4-for-5 in a matchup versus the Oilers (June 27).

Dallas Woolfolk | RHP | Baltimore Redbirds (Cal Ripken)
Another Rebel who spent his freshman season out of the Ole Miss bullpen, Woolfolk has made the transition to a starting pitcher on the mound this summer. For the Redbirds in the Cal Ripken League, the hard-throwing righty has started four games to post a 2-1 record with a 3.42 ERA. Both of his victories have come in his last two starts. Woolfolk has recorded 20 strikeouts while issuing just six walks in 21.0 innings. With three Rebels on the team, the Redbirds lead the league with a 19-6 record.
