Diamond Rebels To Host Red-Blue Scrimmage Saturday Baseball Squad Continues Fall Practice In Preparation For 2013 Season

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss baseball team will hold its annual Red-Blue Scrimmage on Saturday afternoon following the Rebels' homecoming football contest against the Auburn Tigers.
The scrimmage, which is open to the public, will begin at 3:30 p.m. at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field and is a part of a slate of activities on campus for Homecoming Weekend. It will be the second of three scrimmages on the weekend for the Rebels.
The Diamond Rebels will also take the field for a scrimmage at 2:45 p.m. on Friday and a third scrimmage at 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
Ole Miss opens the 2013 season on February 15 with a home game against the TCU Horned Frogs to kick-off a three-game series that weekend in Oxford. Season tickets renewals will be available beginning Monday, October 15.
