Opening Statement

“Murphy (Holloway) is our energy, and when he sat out all of except of six minutes of first half, I thought we were really lethargic.  We didn’t play well.  I thought it was the worst game of the year for 40 minutes.  We guarded in the second half.  We stopped giving up so many second chance opportunities.  Murphy’s energy really propelled us.  We never got in any offensive rhythm whatsoever, but we’ll take it.  We’ll take our fourth win.  Hopefully we can get a little better on Friday and feel better about ourselves as our schedule ramps up.”

On Derrick Millinghaus injury

“What a shame.  We didn’t really know when it occurred.  He never limped. He played the last two minutes and scored the last four points of the game.  He can bring energy in a positive way with ball speed.  It’s going to be four to six weeks before we can get him back.”

“I love AJ’s minutes.  I love the fact he brings energy. He’s trying really hard.  He’s probably our best rotation defender, he is always supporting.  He’s a good shooter and has great touch around the rim. He’s giving quality minutes, and I think that will continue.”
