• With one more win, Ole Miss will reach 20 wins for the seventh time in nine seasons under head coach Andy Kennedy. The Rebels recorded just seven 20-win campaigns in the 96 seasons before Kennedy’s arrival.
• The Rebels have 35 wins against SEC foes over the last three years trailing only Florida and Kentucky in the SEC.
• Ole Miss’ strength of schedule ranks 22nd in the nation according to ESPN.com. The Rebels have seven win against the RPI top 100, including four versus the top 52. 
• Ole Miss ranks fourth in the nation in free throw percentage, hitting 77.6 percent of its attempts. The Rebels have hit 326 of their last 416 (.784) attempts from the line. Junior G Stefan Moody leads the SEC and ranks fifth in the nation shooting 91.2 percent from the free throw line.
• Head coach Andy Kennedy is tied with Alabama’s Wimp Sanderson for the third-most wins in SEC history with by a coach in his first nine years in the league at one school with 190. He trails only Kentucky’s Joe B. Hall (205) and Florida’s Billy Donovan (193).
• Junior G Stefan Moody averaged 25.5 ppg and knocked down 14 3-pointers in wins over MSU and Tennessee en route to his second SEC Player of the Week honor of the month. Moody is averaging 19.6 ppg over his last nine games and leads the SEC in scoring in league play at 18.4 ppg. 
• Senior G Jarvis Summers is tied for the lead the league in assists in SEC play at 5.3/game and has posted 75 assists in his last 13 games. Summers is the SEC active career leader in points (1,580), assists (500), minutes (3,730) and wins (82), and is just the fifth player in SEC history with 1,500 career points and 500 career assists.

OLE MISS LOOKING FOR 20 ... AGAIN
A win on Tuesday would give Ole Miss 20 wins for the seventh time in nine seasons under Andy Kennedy. Ole Miss had seven 20-win campaigns in the 96 seasons prior to Kennedy’s arrival in Oxford. Kennedy would become just the fifth coach in SEC history to guide his teams to 20+ wins in at least seven of his first nine seasons in the league. The others: Billy Donovan (Florida), Joe. B. Hall (Kentucky), Rick Pitino (Kentucky), Tubby Smith (Georgia/Kentucky). Kennedy is also the first coach in Ole Miss history to win 20 games in four-straight season

OLE MISS TAKES DOWN TENNESSEE
Junior G Stefan Moody led all scorers with 22 points, including 6 3-pointers and a career-high 6 steals, as Ole Miss defeated Tennessee 59-57. For Moody, it was his second-straight game with 20 or more points, as he went 7-for-14 from the field, including 6-for-11 from 3-point range. Senior G Jarvis Summers joined Moody in double figures with 13 points, to go along with 8 assists, which tied his season high. As a team, Ole Miss forced 13 turnovers, including nine steals. Moody led the defensive effort with 6 steals, two shy of tying the school record, including five in the second half.

MOODY, REBELS SWEEP MSU
Junior G Stefan Moody scored a career-high 29 points and knocked down a career-best 8 3-pointers, as Ole Miss completed the season sweep of MSU with a 71-65 victory over the Bulldogs. Moody’s 8 3s is tied for the second most in school history, trailing only Marshall Henderson’s record of 10 in a game. The Rebels posted their first win in Starkville since 2009 and the first season sweep of the Bulldogs since 1998. 

OLE MISS FOURTH IN SEC STANDINGS
Ole Miss is tied for fourth in the league standings after being projected sixth in the preseason media poll. The Rebels would be the No. 6 seed in Nashville if the season ended today.

REBELS HITTING FREEBIES
Ole Miss ranks fourth in the nation hitting 77.6 percent of its free throw attempts. The Rebels hit 26-of-30 attempts (.867) against Arkansas and have hit 326 of their last 416 from the line (.784). Three Ole Miss players are shooting at least 80.0 percent from the line, including junior G Stefan Moody, who leads the SEC and ranks fifth in the nation shooting 91.2 percent (125-of-137). Moody snapped his streak of 32-straight FTs made in the Texas A&M game, which ended just five shy of the SEC record in conference games held by former Rebel David Rhodes.

ROAD WARRIORS
Ole Miss is 10-4 away from Tad Smith Coliseum this season, with wins over No. 19 Arkansas, No. 23 Creighton, Cincinnati, Florida and Oregon. Ole Miss’ seven true road win are the most for the Rebels since 1937-38, when UM played 21 road games. The 10 wins away from Tad Smith are the most since 2012-13, when Ole Miss picked up 12 win away from the Tad Pad en route to the SEC Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

OLE MISS IN THE RPI
Ole Miss ranks No. 50 in the latest Ratings Percentage Index rankings released by the NCAA. The Rebels are 3-7 against the RPI top 50 and 7-7 against top 100, including wins over No. 19 Arkansas, No. 32 Texas A&M, No. 45 Oregon, No. 52 Cincinnati and No. 86 Florida. Alabama is ranked No. 82 coming into Tuesday’s game. 

TOUGH ROAD
Ole Miss’ strength of schedule ranks 22nd in the nation according to ESPN.com. The Rebels have face 12 teams in ESPN.com’s top 50 basketball power index, posting a 5-7 mark.

REBELS LIMITING TURNOVERS
Ole Miss has only turned the ball over only 103 times over its last 11 games for an average of just 9.4/game. The Rebels rank second in the league averaging just 10.5 turnovers a game in conference play and are third in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.2.

REBELS VERSUS CRIMSON TIDE
Tuesday’s game will be the 174th meeting between the two schools. The Crimson Tide hold a 118-55 lead in the series, which began in 1921, but the Rebels have won five of the last eight against Alabama. The two teams split last year’s season series with the home team winning and they have split the season series in 12 of the last 15 years with the home team winning each of the last six matchups. Alabama leads the all-time series 71-10 in Tuscaloosa and the Rebels have won at Coleman Coliseum since a 76-73 victory in 2010. Andy Kennedy has a 8-7 career record versus the Tide.

SUMMERS JOINS ELITE GROUP
Senior G Jarvis Summers became just the fifth player in SEC history to post 1,500 career points and 500 career assists. He joins a group that includes Florida’s Erving Walker, LSU’s Kenny Higgins, Mississippi State’s Dee Bost and Tennessee’s Tony Harris.

SUMMERS CLIMBS THE CAREER CHARTS
Senior G Jarvis Summers recently passed Rod Barnes for second in Ole Miss history with 500 career assists. Summers also 9th all time in scoring (1,580). See page 7 for updated career records.

SUMMERS JOINS WIN CLUB
Senior G Jarvis Summers became only the ninth player in Ole Miss history to reach 80 wins in his career with 82. Summers trails only Reginald Buckner and Jason Flanigan (87), Jason Harrison (86), Murphy Holloway (85), Zach Graham (84) and Rahim Lockhart (83) on the all-time Rebel list. Head coach Andy Kennedy has coached four of the nine members of the 80-win club. 

KENNEDY ADMINISTRATION IN NINTH YEAR
In nine seasons under Mississippi native Andy Kennedy, Ole Miss has a 190-111 record, one SEC Tournament championship, two SEC West championships, six 20-win campaigns and six postseason berths, which includes an NCAA Third Round appearance and pair of trips to the NIT Final Four. The all-time winningest coach in school history, Kennedy has averaged more than 21 wins per season in his eight full years in Oxford.

SCOUTING THE TIDE
Alabama is 17-12 on the season and 7-9 in the SEC after spliting a pair of games last week against South Carolina (W, 59-51) and at Vanderbilt (L, 73-66). The Crimson Tide are 4-4 in their last eight SEC games, with alternating wins and losses. Senior guard Levi Randolph leads the team averaging 14.8 ppg and is shooting 47.0 percent from the field in conference play. Sophomore F Michael Kessens is pulling down a team-best 5.9 boards a game and ranks 18th in the SEC in league play with 5.7 rpg. The Crimson Tide rank third in the league in scoring defense, allowing just 62.2 ppg in conference play.
