• Ole Miss travels to Peoria, Illinois to face the Bradley Braves in a non-conference game. The Rebels are 0-3 all time against Bradley and 0-1 all time in Peoria.
• Ole Miss posted an 8-4 record in road games last season. This marks the Rebels’ first road game this season.
• Senior G Stefan Moody set a career-high with 30 points in the Rebels’ win over Towson and leads the SEC, and ranks 19th nationally, in scoring at 22.2 ppg this year. He earned preseason All-SEC first team honors from the league’s coaches and media after leading the SEC in scoring at conference games at 18.6 ppg last year.
• Senior F Tomasz Gielo scored 13 points and hit 2 of 2 from behind the arc in the Rebels’ win over Georgia State. Gielo is averaging 14.0 ppg over his last two games after posting just 3.3 ppg in the first four. He is 9 of 16 (.563) from the field in those two games after starting the season 3 of 18 (.167).
• Junior F Sebastian Saiz recorded two-straight double-doubles to start the season and has four in his career. He ranks third in the SEC with 9.3 rpg and tied for second in the league lead two double-doubles this season.
• Sophomore F Marcanvis Hymon set new career highs with 20 points and 9 boards in his first career start against Towson. He hit 10 of 11 attempts from the field against the Tigers.
• Ole Miss leads the SEC, and ranks 31st nationally, with a 75.8 free throw percentage this season.
• Head coach Andy Kennedy passed Alabama’s Wimp Sanderson last season for the third-most wins in SEC history with by a coach in his first nine years in the league at one school with 192. He trails only Kentucky’s Joe B. Hall (205) and Florida’s Billy Donovan (193).

GIELO PACES REBELS AGAINST GEORGIA STATE
Senior F Tomasz Gielo broke out of an early season slump over the last two games. Gielo scored 13 points and hit 4 of 7 from the field and 2 of 2 from behind the arc in the Rebels’ win over Georgia State. He is averaging 14.0 ppg over his last two games after posting just 3.3 ppg in the first four. He is 9 of 16 (.563) from the field in those two games after starting the season 3 of 18 (.167).

KENNEDY ADMINISTRATION BEGINS 10TH YEAR
In 10 seasons under Mississippi native Andy Kennedy, Ole Miss has a 196-116 record, one SEC Tournament championship, two SEC West championships, seven 20-win campaigns and seven postseason berths, which includes two NCAA Tournament appearances and pair of trips to the NIT Final Four. The all-time winningest coach in school history, Kennedy has averaged more than 21 wins per season in his nine full years in Oxford.

CONSISTENT WINNER
Andy Kennedy is one of 11 active head coaches with 10 or more seasons without a losing record. The list includes: Roy Williams (27), Tom Izzo (20), Thad Matta (16), Mark Few (16), Bo Ryan (16), John Thompson III (15), Mike Anderson (13), Jamie Dixon (12) and Sean Miller (11).

SAIZ SAYS DOUBLE-DOUBLE
Junior F Sebastian Saiz posted two straight double-doubles to start the season and now has four career double-doubles. He is the first Rebel since Murphy Holloway in 2013 to record a double-double in back-to-back games. Saiz is tied for second in the SEC with two double-doubles this year and is pulling down 9.3 boards a game, which ranks third in the conference.

MOODY LEADS SEC IN SCORING
Senior G Stan Moody exploded for a career-high 30 points in the Rebels’ 76-60 win over Towson and leads the SEC, and ranks 19th nationally, in scoring this season at 22.2 ppg. It was his first career 30-point game and the first for a Rebel since Marshall Henderson poured in 39 against Oregon in 2013. Moody hit 10 of 19 from the field, 5 of 9 from 3 and added a career-best 6 assists against the Tigers. He tied his previous career high with 29 points in the season opener against Northwestern State and has scored 20-plus points four times this season. Moody also earned Gildan Charleston Classic all-tournament team honors after averaging 20.3 ppg over the three games.

HYMON HAS CAREER DAY IN FIRST START
Sophomore F Marcanvis Hymon certainly made the most of his first career start against Towson. The Memphis, Tennessee native posted career highs with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocked shots in the Rebels’ 76-60 victory over the Tigers. He knocked down a career-best 10 of 11 field goal attempts and tied for the second-best FG percentage in a game (min. 10 attempt) in school history with former Rebel greats Carlos Clark and Rahim Lockhart.

REBELS HITTING FREEBIES
Last year, Ole Miss ranked third in the nation hitting 77.3 percent of its free throw attempts and the Rebels have picked up with they left off hitting an SEC-best 75.8 percent to start the year. Ole Miss hit 40 of 53 attempts against Georgia Southern, which was the second-most attempts in a game in school history and tied for the second-most made. Seven Ole Miss players shot at least 75.0 percent from the line last year, including senior G Stefan Moody, who led the SEC and ranked seventh in the nation shooting 90.7 percent (149 of 165). Moody snapped his streak of 32-straight FTs made in the Texas A&M game, which ended just five shy of the SEC record in conference games held by former Rebel David Rhodes.

SCOUTING BRADLEY
Bradley is 1-5 this season after Wednesday night’s 64-51 setback to New Orleans. The Braves are averaging just 56.8 ppg this season and haven’t scored more than 60 points all season. Freshman G Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye leads the team in scoring at 11.0 ppg and is the only player averaging in double figures for Bradley. The Braves roster includes only two seniors, just three upperclassmen and a total of 10 freshman, nine of which are true freshman.

REBELS LIMITING TURNOVERS
Ole Miss has only turned the ball over 65 times through the first six games for an average of just 10.8 a game, which is the third fewest the SEC. The Rebels have forced opponents into 67 turnovers this year for an average of 11.2 a game.

REBELS KNOCK OFF GEORGIA SOUTHERN
Ole Miss improved to 2-0 on the season with an 82-72 win over Georgia Southern. Junior F Sebastian Saiz posted career highs with 24 points and 17 rebounds to record his second-straight double-double to start the year and the fourth of his career. Senior G Stefan Moody added 22 points on 15 of 17 from the free throw line. As a team, the Rebels hit 40 of 53 from the line. It was the first time since 1999 Ole Miss had attempted more than 50 free throws in a game.

OLE MISS WINS SEASON OPENER
The Rebels improved to an overall record of 80-26 (.752 winning percentage) in season openers with a 90-76 win over Northwestern State. The Rebels have won 11 of their last 12 season openers. Senior G Stefan Moody tied a career-high with 29 points, including 16 in the second half, on 10 of 23 shooting and knocked down 4 3s. Junior F Sebastian Saiz posted his third career double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds, as the Rebels won the battle off the glass 44-36 over the Demons.
