Will Reid

Assistant Coordinator of Video Services

Will Reid is in his third season at Ole Miss and serves as the assistant coordinator of video services for football.

He joined the staff in April 2014 after a five-year stint at the University of South Alabama. Reid's duties for the Rebels include coordinating the filming and breakdown of practices and games for coaches' analysis, overseeing video trades with opponents, managing the XOS data server, supervising the video department's staff of students and assisting the director of football media with other day-to-day video operations.

While at South Alabama, he assumed the role of video coordinator twice during his tenure. Reid helped lay the foundation for the USA's football video department after starting out as a student video assistant in 2009. As a sophomore, he became the interim video coordinator when the department head was relieved of his duties. He held that position for the entire 2010 season and throughout spring training of 2011.

Reid was the first ever video graduate assistant in South Alabama's program history. Prior to spring training of 2014, Reid again assumed the video director's responsibilities. He introduced the South Alabama football video department to the social media world by creating the department's first Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts. Reid also held intern positions for the Detroit Lions and the Oakland Raiders of the NFL during the annual Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.

He is an active member of the Collegiate Sports Video Association. Reid graduated from South Alabama in 2013 with a degree in business management and was in his second semester of graduate school at South Alabama before accepting the job at Ole Miss.

Reid is a native of Fairhope, Ala., and a 2009 graduate of Fairhope High School. He is the son of Dr. Jack and Bethany Reid.
