SERIES INFORMATION
• Tonight’s meeting was the eighth all-time between Ole Miss and Texas ... The Rebels won for the first time since the 1958 Sugar Bowl and cut the Longhorns’ series lead to 6-2 ... The Rebels’ 44 points were their most ever against the Longhorns.
• Ole Miss now has a 13-11 all-time record against current members of the Big 12 Conference.

GENERAL NOTES
• Tonight’s attendance at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium was 101,474, the third-largest in stadium history.
• Ole Miss is 3-0 for the first time since the 1989 season.
• Dating back to last season, this was Ole Miss’ fifth consecutive victory ... The Rebels’ five-game winning streak is their longest since an eight-game streak between the 2008 and 2009 seasons.
• The Rebels now own an all-time record of 631-492-35 (.560 winning percentage).
• Ole Miss improved to 151-82-7 (.644 winning pct) all-time during the month of September.
• Ole Miss won its fourth straight game vs. a non-conference opponent and is now 58-15 vs. non-league foes dating back to a 38-0 win over Tulane on Nov. 12, 1994.
• Ole Miss won the coin toss for the second time this year and is now 2-0 when winning the coin toss.
• Scott set a career high with 243 all-purpose yards, which is tied for the 10th-most in a game in school history.

OFFENSIVE NOTES
• The Ole Miss offense eclipsed 250 rushing yards for the second straight game (272 vs. SEMO, 272 at Texas) and has posted 200+ rushing yards in all three games.
• The Rebels have eclipsed 400 total yards in each of the three games after racking up 449 in Austin.
• Senior RB Jeff Scott rushed for a career-high 164 yards on 19 carries ... It was his ninth career 100-yard rushing game and second this year.
• Scott moved into a tie for ninth place on the Rebels’ all-time rushing TDs list with his 17th career rushing score (5-yarder in the first quarter).
• Junior WR Donte Moncrief recorded his 16th career touchdown catch (18-yarder in the first quarter), tying him for third in Ole Miss history with his current position coach, Grant Heard.
• Moncrief and freshman TE Evan Engram both recorded their second-straight games with touchdown catches.
• Junior QB Bo Wallace posted the sixth game of his career in which he rushed and passed for at least one touchdown.
• Five different Rebels scored a touchdown (rushing - Scott, Wallace, Walton; receiving - Moncrief, Engram; punt return - Scott).

DEFENSIVE NOTES
• The Rebel “D” allowed UT to convert only 4-of-15 3rd-down attempts and 1-of-3 4th-down tries.
• The defense produced a season-high nine tackles for loss against the Longhorns.
• Junior LB Serderius Bryant led the Rebels with 11 tackles (six solo), his second straight double-digit performance ... He also had a career-high 3.0 TFLs.
• Sophomore safety Trae Elston posted a season-high eight tackles (five solo).
• Junior DE C.J. Johnson had a career-high 3.0 TFLs and five total tackles.

SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
• Senior K Andrew Ritter made a career-long 52-yard field goal as time expired in the first half.
Jeff Scott returned a punt 73 yards for a touchdown, his second career punt return TD and the longest return of his career ... It was the Rebels’ first punt return TD since Nick Brassell did it against Georgia in 2011 ... It was the second straight year Ole Miss has had a TD return against Texas (Jaylen Walton 100-yard kick return last year).
