POSTGAME NOTES
TEXAS A&M GAME - 10/6/12

SERIES INFORMATION
• Today’s meeting was the fifth all-time between Ole Miss and Texas A&M and the first with both teams as members of the SEC ... The Aggies have won all five meetings.

GENERAL NOTES
• Today’s attendance was 55,343. Ole Miss has topped 50,000 in attendance all four games at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium this year.
• Ole Miss is now 3-3 on the season ... The Rebels were 2-4 after six games last year and 3-3 in 2010.
• The Rebels now own an all-time record of 624-489-35 (.559 winning percentage).
• The Rebels have now dropped eight straight SEC home openers ... Their last win was in 2004.
• Ole Miss won the coin toss for the fourth time this year and suffered its first loss when winning the coin toss.
• The Rebels are now 0-3 when the opponent scores first.

OFFENSIVE NOTES
• With 108 rushing yards, junior RB Jeff Scott posted his second 100-yard rushing game of the season and the fifth of his career ... His first-quarter touchdown run gives him five scores in the last four games.
• Sophomore QB Bo Wallace’s season-high 305 passing yards marked the first time a Rebel signal caller has thrown for 300 yards since Jeremiah Masoli against Arkansas in 2010.
• A 68-yard pass play between Bo Wallace and Randall Mackey in the second quarter was the longest reception of Mackey’s career and it set up a touchdown run by Wallace.
• Sophomore WR Donte Moncrief notched his fifth touchdown catch of the season with a 4-yarder from Bo Wallace in the fourth quarter ... Moncrief finished with six catches for 73 yards.
• Junior WR Ja-Mes Logan caught a career-high six passes for 53 yards.
• Sophomore WR Vince Sanders recorded a career high in receiving yards (81) for the second straight game.
• With 464 total offensive yards, Ole Miss recorded at least 450 for the fourth time in six games.

DEFENSIVE NOTES
• Ole Miss forced a season-high six turnovers (four fumble recoveries, two interceptions) against a Texas A&M team that had only turned the ball over once in its first four games.
• Sophomore FS Cody Prewitt had six tackles, forced two fumbles, recovered a fumble and intercepted a pass.
• Ole Miss recorded 13 tackles for loss, including 4 sacks.
• Junior DB Dehendret Collins became the first person to intercept a Johnny Manziel pass this year. It was Collins’ second pick of the season.

SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
• Senior K Bryson Rose booted a 46-yard field goal in the first quarter, the second-longest make of his career.
• With two field goals made, Rose moved into seventh place in school history with 30 career field goals ... He moved into a tie for sixth place all-time with 178 points scored by a kicker.
