TEXAS A&M GAME - 10/12/13

SERIES INFORMATION
• Tonight’s meeting was the sixth all-time between Ole Miss and Texas A&M ... The Aggies have won all six meetings ... This was the third straight game between these two teams decided by three points.

GENERAL NOTES
• Tonight’s attendance at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium was 60,950, the highest of the year and the second sellout in as many games.
• Ole Miss has started the season 3-3 for the second straight year.
• This was the Rebels’ second game of the year against a ranked opponent ... Ole Miss is now 59-143-2 all-time against top-25 teams.
• The Rebels returned to Oxford for their second home game of the year and are now 1-1 in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium this season.
• The Rebels now own an all-time record of 631-495-35 (.559 winning percentage).

OFFENSIVE NOTES
• The Ole Miss offense had five passing touchdowns for the first time since last year’s Mississippi State game.
• Ole Miss quarterbacks Bo Wallace and Barry Brunetti completed passes to nine different receivers.
• Three of the Rebels’ five touchdowns were scored by true freshmen (two by Laquon Treadwell, one by Evan Engram).
• Junior QB Bo Wallace completed 22 of 36 passes for 301 yards with three TDs and an interception, his second-straight 300-yard passing game ... His five 300-yard games are second in school history behind Eli Manning (10).
• Senior QB Barry Brunetti completed 3 of 4 passes for 28 yards and a career-high two TDs ... They were his first touchdown passes of the year and the second and third of his Rebel career.
• Junior WR Vince Sanders’ first-quarter touchdown reception of 70 yards was a career-long catch and his fifth career TD reception ... He finished with seasons highs of three catches and 90 yards.
• Freshman WR Laquon Treadwell caught a team-high eight passes for 77 yards and his first two career touchdowns with a 16-yard haul from Barry Brunetti in the third quarter and a 19-yard grab from Bo Wallace in the fourth.
• Freshman TE Evan Engram caught a 9-yard touchdown with 12:10 in the fourth quarter, his third TD grab of the year.
• Sophomore RB Jaylen Walton had three catches for 61 yards, including his second career TD grab on a 50-yard sideline pass ... He also led the rushing attack with seven rushes for 41 yards.
• Freshman WR Quincy Adeboyejo caught a career-high three passes for a career-high 33 yards in his most extensive action of the year.

DEFENSIVE NOTES
• Ole Miss held Texas A&M to its lowest first-half point total of the season with 14 points (Alabama also held A&M to 14).
• The Rebel D posted seven tackles for loss, the second-highest total of the season.
• Junior LB Serderius Bryant led all tacklers with 12, including a tackle for loss and a forced fumble ... He left the game on a stretcher in the fourth quarter with what looked to be a serious leg injury.
• Sophomore rover Trae Elston tied a career high with 10 tackles and also recovered a fumble.
• Junior LB Keith Lewis snagged his first career interception.

SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
• Senior K Andrew Ritter was 1-for-1 on his field goal tries with a 42-yarder in the second quarter.
• Sophomore Jaylen Walton had his longest kick return of the season with a 49-yarder in the fourth quarter.
