OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss Athletics Department released the results of its recent football gameday survey on Thursday and also announced a plan for 100 improvements in the 100 days leading up to kickoff of the Rebels' 2011 season.

"While winning on the field is the ultimate goal, the fan experience is critical to a successful program," said Director of Athletics Pete Boone. "The feedback from Rebel fans has given us a valuable road map to improve what is already the best gameday experience in college football."

Two waves (student season ticket holders and non-student season ticket holders) of surveys were sent out September 28 and closed October 6. Of the 15,221 surveys sent, 3,718 completed it for a 24.4 percent response rate.

The results provided information on customer satisfaction as well as the importance of specific elements of the fan experience. Each section also included an open-ended comment box that could be used for additional thoughts and feedback.
