OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss Athletics Department has released the results of its 2012 football gameday survey and its improvement plan for the Rebels' upcoming 2013 season.

"Over the past three years, these surveys have provided invaluable data for identifying areas to improve in our gameday experience," said Michael Thompson, Senior Associate AD for Marketing and Communications. "Overall fan satisfaction at our events is paramount, and we are committed to maintaining our status as the best gameday in college sports.

"We are always grateful to receive fan feedback, and we would like to thank all those that participated in the survey."

A unique survey was sent to four audience groups: Suite, Club, Non--Student Bowl and Student. Of the 15,231 surveys sent, 2,663 completed it for a 17.5 percent response rate.

The results provided information on customer satisfaction as well as the importance of specific elements of the fan experience. Each section also included an open-ended comment box that could be used for additional thoughts and feedback.

In a ranking of key elements from all facets of the gameday experience, satisfactions scores increased in 40 of the 50 categories from 2011 to 2012.
