Here at, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the exploits of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. Ole Miss has a big presence in the league again this year. There are currently 21 former Rebels on NFL rosters, including two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, recent Super Bowl participants Brandon Bolden and Michael Oher, and 2016 first-round draft picks Robert Nkemdiche, Laquon Treadwell and Laremy Tunsil.

Ten former Rebels made appearances last week. Mike Wallace set a career high with 10 catches against the Jets.  

Here’s a rundown of how each former Rebel performed in week seven of the 2016 NFL season:

#38 BRANDON BOLDEN | RB | New England Patriots

Contributed to the Patriots’ victory over the Steelers (27-16).

#64 FAHN COOPER | OL | San Francisco 49ers (PS)

A member of the 49ers’ practice squad.

#16 CODY CORE | WR | Cincinnati Bengals

Did not see action in Cincinnati’s victory over Cleveland (31-17).

#25 TRAE ELSTON | S | Tampa Bay Buccaneers (PS)

Picked up by Tampa Bay last week as a member of the practice squad.

#27 SENQUEZ GOLSON | CB | Pittsburgh Steelers

Did not see action for Pittsburgh’s defeat to New England due to injury. Looking to return by November. He has been placed on injured reserve.

#74 WOODROW HAMILTON | DT | New England Patriots

Did not see action in the Patriots’ victory over the Steelers (27-16).

#77 JOHN JERRY | OG | New York Giants

Started at right guard in the Giants’ win over the Rams (17-10).

#23 KENDRICK LEWIS | S | Baltimore Ravens

Did not contribute to Baltimore’s defeat to the Jets. Placed on the injured reserve list.

#10 ELI MANNING | QB | New York Giants

Started at QB for New York, going 24 for 37 for 196 yards in a victory over Los Angeles (17-10).

#70 BOBBY MASSIE | OT | Chicago Bears

Started at right tackle for the Bears’ defeat to the Packers (26-10).

#22 DEXTER MCCLUSTER | WR | San Diego Chargers

Saw action in the Chargers’ victory over the Falcons (33-30 OT).

#10 DONTE MONCRIEF | WR | Indianapolis Colts

Did not see action for the Colts’ defeat to the Titans due to a shoulder injury. Expected to return to practice this week.

#90 ROBERT NKEMDICHE | DT | Arizona Cardinals

Did not see action in the Cardinals’ tie with the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football (6-6).

#73 MICHAEL OHER | OT | Carolina Panthers

Carolina bye week.

#78 JERMEY PARNELL | OT | Jacksonville Jaguars

Started at right tackle for Jacksonville’s loss to Oakland (33-16).

#33 JAMARCA SANFORD | S | New Orleans Saints

Did not contribute to New Orleans’ loss to Kansas City (27-21). Is on the injured reserve list.

#78 BRADLEY SOWELL | OT | Seattle Seahawks

Started at left tackle in the Seahawks’ tie with the Cardinals (6-6).

#11 LAQUON TREADWELL | WR | Minnesota Vikings

Did not see action in Minnesota’s loss to Philadelphia (21-10).

#67 LAREMY TUNSIL | G | Miami Dolphins

Started at left guard for the Dolphins’ victory over the Bills (28-25).

#17 MIKE WALLACE | WR | Baltimore Ravens

Started at WR for Baltimore, logging 10 receptions for 120 yards in a 24-16 defeat to the Jets. Wallace’s 10 catches marked a career high in his eight years in the league.
