NFL REBELS: Weekly Update 10.29

Here at, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the exploits of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. Ole Miss has a huge presence in the NFL again this year with 22 former Rebels on NFL rosters, including such superstars as two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning and six-time Pro Bowl linebacker Patrick Willis.

Here's a rundown of how each former Rebel performed in week eight of the 2013 NFL season:

#38 Brandon Bolden | RB | New England Patriots
Rushed eight times for 22 yards and scored the game-tying touchdown, while adding two catches for 7 yards in a 27-17 win over Miami on Sunday.

#42 BenJarvus Green-Ellis | RB | Cincinnati Bengals
As the Bengals’ starting RB, rushed 11 times for 33 yards in a 49-9 win over the New York Jets on Sunday.

#76 Greg Hardy | DE | Carolina Panthers
Started at defensive end and made four tackles, including two TFLS and a sack, in a 31-13 win at Tampa Bay on Thursday.

#74 John Jerry | OG | Miami Dolphins
Started at right guard in a 27-17 loss to New England on Sunday.
#94 Peria Jerry | DL | Atlanta Falcons
Started at DE and posted a half sack and a QB hit in a 27-13 loss at Arizona on Sunday.

#75 Rishaw Johnson | OG | Kansas City Chiefs
Inactive for the Chiefs’ 23-17 win over Cleveland on Sunday.

#23 Kendrick Lewis | FS | Kansas City Chiefs
Started at FS and posted two solo stops, helping the Chiefs to their eighth straight victory in a 23-17 win over Cleveland on Sunday.

#10 Eli Manning | QB | New York Giants
Completed 25 of 39 passes for 246 yards in a 15-7 win at Philadelphia on Sunday.

#70 Bobby Massie | OT | Arizona Cardinals
Saw action in a 27-13 win over Atlanta on Sunday.

#38 Trumaine McBride | CB | New York Giants
Started at CB and made two solo tackles in a 15-7 win at Philadelphia on Sunday.

#22 Dexter McCluster | WR/PR | Kansas City Chiefs
Led his team with seven catches for 67 yards and a touchdown, ran once for 5 yards and returned five punts for 38 yards, helping the Chiefs to their eighth straight victory in a 23-17 win over Cleveland on Sunday. McCluster's diving catch for a touchdown

#74 Michael Oher | OT | Baltimore Ravens
Ravens’ bye week

#58 Ashlee Palmer | LB | Detroit Lions
Made two total tackles in a 31-30 win over Dallas on Sunday.

#78 Jermey Parnell | OT | Dallas Cowboys
Saw action in a 31-30 loss at Detroit on Sunday.

#99 Gerald Rivers | DE | St. Louis Rams
Inactive for the Rams’ 14-9 loss to Seattle on Monday Night Football.

#33 Jamarca Sanford | SS | Minnesota Vikings
Started at strong safety and made two tackles before leaving with a strained groin in a 44-31 loss to Green Bay on Sunday Night Football.

#79 Bradley Sowell | OL | Arizona Cardinals
Started at left tackle in a 27-13 win over Atlanta on Sunday.

#60 Chris Spencer | OL | Tennessee Titans
Titans’ bye week

#15 Micheal Spurlock | WR/RS | Detroit Lions
Inactive for the Lions’ 31-30 win over Dallas on Sunday.

#32 Cassius Vaughn | CB | Indianapolis Colts

#11 Mike Wallace | WR | Miami Dolphins
Started at WR and caught three passes for 41 yards, adding a rush for 8 yards, in a 27-17 loss to New England on Sunday. Wallace's 25-yard catch-and-run

#52 Patrick Willis | LB | San Francisco 49ers
Started at inside linebacker and recorded six tackles, a TFL and a forced fumble in a 42-10 win over Jacksonville in London on Sunday. Willis strips the ball en route to a 49ers defensive score
