Thornberry Tied For 12th Entering Final Round

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Has competed in three our of four tournaments holding a 74.33 stroke average... Posted a T31 at the Marquette Intercollegiate (74-76-76--226) ... Carded a best 18 (71), at the time best 54 (223) and best finish of the Fall (T28) at the FAMC Intercollegiate helping Ole Miss to a second place standing, the highest of the Fall season. Went on to record a career-low 54 with a 220 score at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational. 

2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six tournament and held a 74.77 stroke average ... In the spring, averaged 71.67 during the final round of tournaments ... Posted his best finish of the season, tying for 14th at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate (75-73-74--222) ... Finished as the top individual competitor and T19th overall at The Invitational at The Ocean Course with a 67-73-76--216 in his Ole Miss debut … Fired a season-low round of 18 score of 5-under 67 in his debut as a Rebel in the opening round of The Invitational at the Ocean Course … Post a 1-under 71 in the second round of the AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic to finish T49th.
