SEA ISLAND, Ga. - Sophomore Joe Lewis fired a 5-over par round of 75 on Sunday to finish in a tie for 15th at the SEC Championships, as Ole Miss wrapped up play at the Sea Island Country Club Seaside Course.

Lewis carded four birdies on Sunday as he finished with a three-round total of 216 and was the Rebels' highest finisher. Ole Miss finished 12th with a three-day team total of 889 after shooting a team score of 297 on Sunday.

"We had a decent round today, but didn't play the last three holes well," said Ole Miss head coach Ernest Ross. "We had too many three putts this week. We had 30 MPH winds today and the course was tough for everyone. This week was a strong challenge. We return all our team, and we will be better for this experience."

Junior Tom Brown carded a 2-over par 72 on Sunday en route to a three-day total of 222 and finished in a tie for 36th. Freshman Forrest Gamble matched his second round score of 74 on Sunday and finished in a tie for 43rd. Sophomore Blake Morris turned in a scorecard of 76 on Sunday to finish in a tie for 65th with a three-round total of 230. Freshman Conner Davis finished in 70th place after carding a 76 on Sunday and posting a three-day total of 234.

Alabama claimed the team title at the SEC Championships with a come-from-behind victory over South Carolina. The Crimson Tide posted a team score of 848 to claim the league crown.
