OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss men’s golf team will host the Reunion Intercollegiate at the Reunion Golf and Country Club in Madison, Miss., beginning Monday.

Founded in 2004, the 7,416-yard, par 72 Reunion Golf and Country Club was designed by Bopp Cupp and has hosted the 2007 State Amateur Championships, U.S. Amateur Qualifiers and the 2006 U.S. Mid-Amateur Qualifier.

“It is great to host our tournament at Reunion, one of the premier courses and clubs in the South,” Ole Miss head coach Ernest Ross said. “We especially thank the owners and staff that allow us to play here and assist us. We have two top-15 teams in Houston and Vanderbilt that bring strong teams to the field of 15. We relish the challenge of competing with all these great teams.”

The Ole Miss lineup will consist of juniors Blake Morris, Joe Lewis, senior Tom Brown, freshman Noah West and sophomore Forrest Gamble.

The Rebels come into their home tournament after finishing third at the Old Waverly Collegiate Championships on April 8. Junior Blake Morris, who notched his third top-five finish of the season, led the way for the Rebels, finishing in third place.
