Men's Tennis Falls to Kentucky to Conclude Road Trip
March 11, 2018

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Ole Miss men’s tennis team could not overcome losing the doubles point and missing two of its top six in singles, falling to Kentucky 4-0 here Sunday at the Boone Tennis Center.

The match was moved indoors and the Wildcats jumped out to big leads on the top two doubles courts. The Rebels battled back before Kentucky won 6-4 on court one and 7-5 on court three to secure the opening point. Court two was suspended at 6-5 Kentucky.

With only four courts, singles started with the first four players. The other two would not be needed, as Kentucky picked up straight set wins on courts four, two and one to close out the Rebels.
