Andrew Beyke, MA, ATC, currently serves as an assistant athletic trainer for the men’s basketball team.  Beyke also serves as the supervising athletic trainer for the graduate assistant athletic trainer for men’s golf. Beyke arrived in Oxford after spending the past two seasons at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. While with the Cardinals his primary responsibility was caring for the men’s basketball team.  
Beyke graduated from Murray State (Ky) University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Athletic Training. During his time at MSU, he worked with the Racers’ football, baseball, soccer, men's basketball, and women's basketball teams.
Beyke served as a graduate assistant at Southeastern Louisiana University where he worked with the Lady Lion volleyball team, as well as with the SLU football team. Beyke received his master's degree in May 2011.
Beyke got his professional career started serving one season as an assistant at Kentucky Wesleyan College. He served as the primary contact for several sports, including baseball, men's and women's soccer and women's basketball. He also served as the secondary contact for football, volleyball and cross-country.
Following his time at KWC Beyke provided coverage for all sports at Oldham County (Ky.) High School. While at OCHS Beyke had the opportunity to cover several community events including the UCI World Cyclocross Championships.
Beyke is a board certified athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers' Association and has certifications in CPR/AED.
