The Ole Miss strength and conditioning staff challenges each student-athlete to bring an attitude of hard work, accountability and total effort to each training session so that each athlete will improve both physically and mentally. Through our commitment to teaching, developing a sustainable knowledge base for our Rebel athletes, maintaining open channels of communication between sport coaches, athletic trainers, academic liaisons and student-athletes, our Olympic sports strength and conditioning staff provides an extension of the community and family environment that are fostered by the spirit of Ole Miss on a campus where everyone’s input is valued. This environment, combined with our directed effort, makes certain Rebel athletes consistently produce quality, powerful movements, and ensures that performance at their highest level is second nature. Ole Miss Strength and Conditioning is instilling a confidence our Rebel student-athletes will take with them into competition.
