Evin Beck joined the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation in March, 2010 as an Assistant Director for Development. In July, 2011 he was promoted to Associate Director for Development, and in July, 2012 he was promoted to Director of Development for Major Gifts.
In his current role, Beck is responsible for advancing fundraising efforts through philanthropic major gifts. Beck solicits donations of $25,000 and above to the Vaught Society in support of the Forward Together campaign - a $150 million facilities initiative. Beck also assists in seat related giving to the Forward Together campaign through Capital Gift Agreements.
Prior to moving over to major gifts, Beck was a member of the annual giving team at Ole Miss. He directly oversaw the football priority seating fund which annually generates over $10 million. He also worked closely with the ticket and marketing departments to increase revenue streams for Ole Miss Athletics.
Beck joined Ole Miss from Duke University. At Duke, Beck solicited donations and increase giving to the Iron Dukes from current donors and prospects with annual gifts up to $15,000. In 2008-09 he assisted in $12.6 million record breaking fund-raising year for the Iron Dukes.
A native of Claflin, Kan. Beck earned his Master's in Sports Administration from Wichita State University. While at Wichita State, Beck worked in the athletics department as a Graduate Assistant for ticket operations. Beck earned his undergraduate degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. where he also started at linebacker for the football team.
Beck and his wife, Kayla, have one son Maddox, and twin daughters Elsa and Emerson.
