Ole Miss added alum Ronnie Heard to expand the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation efforts with priority seating as an Assistant Director of Development. Heard also manages the UMAA Foundation Car Program.
Before joining the UMAA Foundation, Heard spent several years in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons before retiring in 2006.
A native of Lake Jackson, Texas, Ronnie was a member of the Rebel football team from 1995-1999. He experienced a stellar career for the Rebels which included being named the Chucky Mullins Courage award recipient in 1999.
Heard graduated from the University in the Spring of 2000 with bachelor's degrees in Management and General Business.
Heard and his wife, LaToya, have three children, daughters Kaitlyn and Parker, and son Reid.
