BAYONET POINT, Fla. -- The Ole Miss women's golf team shot a 310 in the first round of the Beacon Woods Invitational on Friday and is in fourth place.

South Florida leads the tournament with a 301, followed by Florida State with a 306 and Tulane with a 309. Amy Spooner of Florida State leads the individual field with a 73.

Robyn Rinaldo, a junior from Dade City, Fla., is tied for fourth place with a 75. Megan Breen, a senior from Longwood, Fla., is tied for 16th place with a 77.

Anna Kirchner, a senior from Spring, Texas, is tied for 21st with a 78. Marci Kornegay, a sophomore from Savannah, Ga., is tied for 33rd with an 80, and Teresa Brown, a sophomore from Windermere, Fla., is tied for 42nd with an 82.

The Lady Rebels continue the 36-hole tournament Saturday.
