Aloha from beautiful Hawaii!

We left Arizona early Monday morning, flying out at 6:30 a.m. to Los Angeles. There we ran through LAX to board our flight to Honolulu. Six hours later we finally made it! This is my first trip to Hawaii, and I am so excited to be here! We went straight to the course and got in some great practice. The course is on a Marine Corps base so first we had to check in to get passes to be allowed on base. The course is in great shape! It's so lush and green. The back nine has some amazing views of the ocean.

The highlight of the day was probably when we saw a whale from the fifteenth tee and decided to try to speak to it Finding Nemo style. We were laughing so hard we could barely hit our tee shots. In our practice today we focused on short game shots and putting.

I feel like we got in really good preparation for play Tuesday and Wednesday. We play thirty-six holes today so it is time for some good rest after a long, but really good day of traveling and golf. You can follow us at golfstat.com. Thank you so much for your support, Rebel fans!

Hotty Toddy!
