Soccer Trio Earn All-SEC Honors

Birmingham, Ala. - Seniors Meredith Snow and Dylan Jordan and junior Alix Hildal were each named to the Second Team All-SEC, the conference announced Monday night.

It is the second career SEC honor for Hildal and the first for both Jordan and Snow.

"I am very happy for our three players and they are very deserving," head coach Matt Mott said.  "Meredith and Dylan had great senior years and Alix has established herself as one of the strongest midfielders in the SEC."

Snow started all 19 games this season and was a team captain.  She helped the Rebels to seven shutouts while scoring two goals as a defender.  She ended her career having started all 80 games during her four years at Ole Miss, a mark which is sixth all-time for the Rebels. 

Jordan played in all 19 matches with 17 starts.  She ended the year with eight goals, including six in SEC play.  Jordan finished the year second on the team in goals (8) and points (18).  She recorded a hat trick at No. 20 Tennessee.

Hildal, who was also named to the Second Team All-SEC in 2010, started all 19 games this season.  She ended the year fourth on the team in goals with four and finished the year with 11 points.
