OXFORD, Miss. – Senior Dylan Jordan was named a Capital One Third Team Academic All-American by CoSIDA, the organization announced this month.

Jordan, who was named to the Academic District 6 All-District team in November, earned Academic All-America honors for the first time in her career. Jordan is Ole Miss’ first CoSIDA Academic All-American since 2004.  

Jordan ended her senior season second on the team in goals (8) and points (18).  She recorded a hat trick at No. 20 Tennessee and was named to the Second Team All-SEC.  In her three years at Ole Miss, Jordan played in 58 games with 56 starts.  She recorded 21 goals (seven game winners), nine assists and 51 points.  

To be eligible for Academic All-America consideration, a student-athlete must be a varsity starter or key reserve, maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.30 on a scale of 4.00, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standings at his/her current institution and be nominated by his/her sports information director.
