Rebels Win First NCAA Regional in School History, Travel to UCLA Next

Named a NJCAA Division II All-American … Named the MACJC Pitcher of the Year Earned a place on the 15-player 2016 All-Region 23 Team … Appeared in 33 games with a 22-4 record and 0.84 ERA, which ranked second in the country … Struck out 138 batters and allowed only 94 hits in 167 innings … Threw a perfect game against Southern Union … Also batted .369 with 17 doubles while striking out only three times in 168 at bats … Became the first Gulf Coast player to sign a scholarship with an SEC softball program.
