OXFORD, Miss. – Sophomore Allie Robbins, of the Ole Miss women’s tennis team, won two matches Friday on the first day of play at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic on the campus of the University of Alabama.

In singles, Robbins split her matches, dropping the first one to UNCG’s Amy Ellis 6-3, 7-5.  In the second match, Robbins defeated Margaux Hyman of Tulane 7-5, 6-3.  Robbins will face Elaine Simon of UAB Saturday.
