All-District 8-5A First Team as a senior, where she led the team in kills ... A Prep Volleyball high school All-American special mention as a junior ... Named to John Tawa's Prep Volleyball National All Stars list as a junior ... Finalist as a junior for LoneStarVolleyball.com's Texas Outstanding Hitter ... All-District 8-5A Offensive Player of the Year as a junior, and an All-Area Second Team selection ... Played for head coach Cristie Liles in high school ... 2012 Marcus High School female athlete nominee for the Denton Sports Student-Athlete of the Year ... Lettered in both volleyball and track (high jump) ... Named the 2011 Best All-Around Female Athlete for track in the high jump ... Qualified for state in track and field (high jump) ... A true student-athlete in high school, Lauren was named to the academic honor roll, and took AP classes in biology, physics, English, chemistry and calculus in addition to being a member of the Science Honor Society and being named Academic All-State and Academic All-District ... Won the Mafnificent Marauder Academic Award and Booster Club Scholarship Award, as well as the University of Mississippi Scholarship Award.
