Marie-Pierre Bakima, Laura Beaty and Cara Fisher will join the Rebels four fall signees, Kristen Brashear, Melanie Crow, Aubrey Edie and Margaret Eggert, to make up the 2013 class.
Getzin on his Fall and Spring signing classes for 2013:
"This is by far one of the largest classes that we've had, but it's also one of the most talented classes that we've brought into Ole Miss. We're adding a lot of different positions, and the level of experience - the kids have all played at a very high level. They will be pushing for starting spots right from the beginning. It's exciting for us."
| Signee | Pos | Ht | Hometown |
| Marie-Pierre Bakima | Outside hitter | 5-10 | Nogent-sur-Oise, France |
| Laura Beaty | Setter | 5-11 | Coppell, Texas |
| Cara Fisher | Libero | 5-3 | Manvel, Texas |
| Nogent-sur-Oise, France | 5-10 | Outside hitter | San Jacinto College (Lycée Emmanuel Mounier) |

"Marie is coming to us from San Jacinto College just outside of Houston. She's a two-time All-American in junior college and played on the French junior national team as a middle blocker. We're going to move her to the outside, which is where she has been playing at San Jacinto. She will add depth to the outside hitting position for us. She brings a lot of athleticism to that position. I'm excited to have her here."
Quote about Marie-Pierre Bakima from her junior college coach - Sharon Nelson, San Jacinto College
"Marie came to San Jacinto College and immediately made a strong and lasting impression. It took one day of preseason to name her captain, even as a freshman. Some of what we do is develop leadership in our players. I used to just use the phrase, "Good leaders take you where you want to be, and great leaders take you where you should be." Now I can use that phrase with someone specific in mind. Her talents were recognized by the entire conference. She was a unanimous vote for Newcomer of the Year her freshman year and a unanimous vote for Player of the Year her sophomore year. Now Ole Miss will get to experience her drive and passion. The intangibles she brings, mixed together with her volleyball IQ, will elevate any team at any level. Marie has set herself up to hold place in history here at San Jacinto College and will forever be in our hearts as one of our greatest."
| Coppell, Texas | 5-11 | Setter | Coppell High School |

"We're excited to have Laura in our program for a couple reasons. One, she adds some depth at the setting position, and she comes from a great volleyball pedigree as well. She comes to us from Coppell High School where they were the state champions of Texas 5A, which is quite an achievement in Texas to win that. Laura brings, not only that setting background, but that depth to the type of people that we have on the team as well."
Quote about Laura Beaty from her club coach - Mike Minnis, Dallas Summit 18's
"With her size and athletic ability, Laura is not your average setter. Not only can she set any tempo ball, she adds a physical presence at the net that is uncommon in most setters."
| Manvel, Texas | 5-3 | Libero | New Mexico/Blinn College (Manvel High School) |

Quote about Cara Fisher from Ole Miss head coach Joe Getzin
"Cara comes to us from Blinn College down in Brenham, Texas. She plays the libero/defensive specialist role. She is going to bring some passing depth to the team, which is something that will be welcome. She plays with a great deal of passion, so we're excited to have her in the program."
Quote about Melanie Crow from her junior college coach - Erin Mellinger, Blinn College
"We are going to miss Cara. She ran our serve-receive and set up the offense, but she also had a terrific personality. Her fiery attitude is going to translate to great success at Ole Miss."
